Stage 2 - Target country Market Study
We study Market potential in the target market for our client’s products and services. A comprehensive study is conducted across the target country or a specific region of the target country based on client needs. Our multidisciplinary team of professionals serve a wide variety of industries.
Stage 3 - International Entry Strategy
Once the Market study is complete, we work with our clients on the ideal entry strategy. We review options such as distributorship, partnerships, Joint Venture projects or the option of entering the market on one’s own. In the case of product or service sourcing from foreign markets, we create a set of “pre-qualification” criteria with the client and ensure that these criteria are met with shortlisted suppliers and partners.
Stage 4 - Partner Shortlisting and Selection
We identify, shortlist and guide clients to select the right partner(s) in the target market. We arrange potential partner meetings and plan travel itineraries for our consulting clients in target countries.
Stage 5: Liaison Office Services
We help companies identify and recruit top executive talent in target markets. We also provide clients with access to office space in major Indian metropolises.
